Do you offer nine-month leases?
- Yes! Nine-month leases align with the academic calendar (typically August 15 through May 15 with nine payments, not twelve).
- Semester leases may be available in limited numbers — ask when you apply.
- Availability and exact dates change by year.
What are the lease rates?
- Full year leases start at $1400 per bed (9 months).
- Fall semester only leases start at $1700 (4 months).
- Floor plans range from about $1,400 to $1,850 per bed depending on room type.
- Security deposit is typically $500 — confirm on your lease.
- Prepay by semester or year may qualify for a discount — ask when you apply.
How do tours work?

- We’ll confirm times, what to bring, and whether a video option is available if you’re out of town.
Do you have single rooms?
- Yes! Single rooms are available where offered.
- Double-occupancy rooms are also available.
How does roommate assignment work?

Is this a good fit for transfers, co-ops, or December graduates?
- Yes! We regularly house transfer students, co-op students, and students with non-traditional graduation timelines.

Do you have parking available?
- Yes! Unassigned surface lot parking when available (about $125/month).
- Many residents bike or walk to campus due to our proximity.
- Spaces are leased on a first come, first served basis.
Is 308 North Street a Greek chapter?
- No — we are independent student housing and are not affiliated with Purdue University.
- The property is not associated with an active fraternity, sorority, or Purdue University club.
